Characteristics of LQRY series hot oil pump (heat transfer oil pump)
1. LQRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign oil pumps. Its basic structure is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, the outlet is vertical and upward, and it is installed on the base together with the motor.
2. The LQRY series hot oil pump is supported by double ended ball bearings. The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil, the rear end is lubricated by lubricating grease, and there is a guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.
3. The self heating heat dissipation structure is adopted to change the traditional water cooling structure, so that the structure is simple, the volume is small, the operation cost is saved, the performance is good, and the use is reliable.
4. The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted. The packing seal uses high temperature resistant packing, which has good thermal state traceability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, which ensures the sealing performance under high temperature.
5. The third generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short) is used as the lip seal, which makes the sealing performance a leap. The reliability is 25 times higher than that of rubber seals, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong.
