QW submersible sewage pump, QW submersible sewage pump is designed with large channel anti clogging hydraulic components, which greatly improves the sewage passing capacity, and can effectively pass through five times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter. The design is reasonable, the supporting motor is reasonable, the efficiency is high, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable. The mechanical seal adopts double channel tandem seal, and the material is hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide. It is durable and wear-resistant, and can make the pump run safely and continuously for more than 800 hours. The pump is compact in structure, small in size, easy to move and install. It can work underwater without building a pump room, greatly reducing the project cost. An oil-water probe is set in the pump oil chamber. When the mechanical seal at the pump side is damaged, water enters the oil chamber, and the probe generates a signal to protect the pump.
It is equipped with various protective devices to ensure reliable operation of the pump. Its main components have the following functions:
Signal line 1: equipped with a fully protected water pump control cabinet to provide all-round protection for the pump, including water leakage, phase failure, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other items.
Motor stator 8: Class B or F insulation.
Water leakage probe 11: the element is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, the water enters the oil chamber, and the probe can send a signal to protect the pump by the control system.
Mechanical seal 13: double channel tandem seal is adopted, and new hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material is selected, featuring reliable sealing, wear resistance, long service life, etc.
Impeller 17: The impeller is of single channel or double channel structure, which has a strong passing capacity and can pass large materials and fiber wastes to reduce the failure of blocking and winding.
Pump body 15: It is used with the impeller to make the pump have high efficiency.
Sealing ring 18: it is installed at the mouth ring of the pump body. When the impeller is worn due to operation, the sealing ring can be replaced to ensure that the pump operates with ideal efficiency.
