Working conditions
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0Mpa, or the working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it shall be put forward separately when ordering. So that the flow passage parts and connection parts of the pump are made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2 mm
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering, so as to use wear-resistant mechanical seal.
Product features

No water leakage: cemented carbide seals of different materials ensure no leakage in transmission of different media.
Low noise: the water pump supported by two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, and there is basically no noise except for the faint sound of the motor.
Low failure rate: the list of structural reinforcement is reasonable, the key parts are matched, and the trouble free working time of the whole machine is greatly improved.
Convenient maintenance: easy to replace seals and bearings.
More economical land occupation: the outlet can be left, right and upward, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation and saves space.
Product use
1. ISW pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire control pressurization and equipment supporting. The operating temperature T: ≤ 80 ℃.
2. ISWR (WRG) hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used for pressurized circulation of high temperature hot water for boilers in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, hotels and restaurants, as well as circulating pumps for urban heating systems. ISWR service temperature T: ≤ 120 ℃, WRG service temperature T: ≤ 240 ℃.
3. ISWH stainless steel horizontal centrifugal pump is used to transport liquids without solid particles, which are corrosive and have viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber sectors. The operating temperature T is - 20 ℃ - 120 ℃.
4. ISWB horizontal oil pump is used to transport gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene and other petroleum products. The operating temperature T is - 20 ℃ - 120 ℃.
5. ISWD series horizontal low speed pump is suitable for occasions requiring low ambient noise.
