Scope of application
GW series pipe type non clogging sewage pump is applicable to the discharge of seriously polluted wastewater from factories and businesses, sewage discharge stations in main residential areas, water distribution systems of urban sewage treatment plants, drainage stations of civil air defense systems, water supply equipment of waterworks, sewage discharge from hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering construction sites, mine auxiliary equipment, rural biogas digesters, farmland irrigation and other industries, and the transport of sewage and sewage with particles, It can also be used for clean water and medium with weak corrosivity.
Conditions of Use
A. The ambient temperature of pipeline sewage pump is ≤ 40 ℃, and the humidity is ≤ 95%; Altitude ≤ 1000m.
B. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the medium weight shall be 1-1.3kg/dm3.
C. The application range of cast iron material is PH5~9.
D. General corrosive medium can be used for stainless steel.
E. The altitude of the operating environment shall not exceed 1000 meters. If the above conditions are exceeded, it shall be proposed at the time of ordering, so as to provide you with more reliable products.

Product features
1. The pump and motor are directly connected and coaxial, which is an electromechanical product with compact structure and stable performance.
2. The design of anti clogging hydraulic components with large flow passage greatly improves the passing capacity of sewage, which can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
3. The design is reasonable, the supporting motor is reasonable, the efficiency is high, the noise is low, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
4. The mechanical seal adopts hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant, and can make the pump run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.
5. The pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet center lines are on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flanges have the same specifications. It is very convenient to install and disassemble.
6. Small floor area, no need to build machine room, can save a lot of capital construction costs; Add a protective cover at the fan blade end of the motor, and the whole machine can be placed outdoors for operation.
