Cleaning solutions that utilize plasma formulations for faster and more thorough cleaning of all samples, including Holey carbon films. The device can safely wash away contaminants deposited on the surface -- extending the observation time for samples that have already been contaminated. The vacuum system with molecular pump and multistage diaphragm pump can ensure the fast and reliable pumping effect. Less than 1 minute of pumping and deflating time, 30 seconds --2 minutes of cleaning time, the whole process in less than 2 minutes.
