Features

1. The suction inlet and discharge outlet of this type of pump are below the axis line of the water pump, and it is vertical to the axis. No need to dismantle the inlet and outlet water pipes and motors during maintenance. Seen from the direction of rotation, the pump rotates clockwise (it can also be rotated counter-clockwise as required by the user).

2. The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing ring, shaft sleeve and so on.

3. The pump body and the pump cover constitute the working chamber of the impeller. On the water inlet and outlet flanges, there is a tube screw hole for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges. In and out of the lower part of the water flange, there is a screw hole for water discharge.

4. After the static balance check impeller, the bushing nuts on both sides of the bushing are fixed on the shaft, and its axial position can be adjusted by the bushing nut.

5. The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings. Bearings are mounted in the bearing body, installed at both ends of the pump body and lubricated with butter.

6. Double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the leakage of the water in the pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.

7. The pump is directly driven by the motor through a flexible coupling. If necessary, the internal combustion engine drive can also be used.

8. The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be used according to the user's needs).
