LQG type three-screw asphalt pump is a rotor-type volumetric pump. It uses the screw engagement principle and relies on the rotating screw to engage with each other in the pump sleeve. It closes the conveyed medium in the engagement chamber and pushes it to the outlet continuously and uniformly along the axial direction of the screw to provide stable pressure for the system.Suitable for all kinds of non-corrosive oils and similar oils and lubricating fluids.The viscosity range of the liquid conveyed is generally 3.0-760mm2/s (1.2-100oE). High-viscosity media can be conveyed after heating and viscosity reduction.Its temperature does not exceed 350 degrees Celsius.The pump is mainly used for conveying high viscosity and high temperature lubricating liquids.It is commonly used for conveying bitumen heavy fuel oil, heavy gear oil and other media.Heat carriers can be steam, hot oil and hot water, and cold carriers can be gases and liquids
