Features

Because the stator is made of a variety of elastomeric materials, this type of pump is characterized by the inability of a general pump to transport high-viscosity fluids and to transport hard-suspended particulate media or fiber-containing media. Its flow is proportional to the speed. The transmission can adopt the direct drive of the coupling, or use the speed-adjusting motor, the V-belt, the gearbox and other devices. This kind of pump has few parts, compact structure, small size and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are the vulnerable parts of the pump. The structure is simple and easy to install and remove.

Product Usage

Widely used in food and metallurgy, paper making, printing and dyeing, chemical, chemical fertilizer and other industrial sectors. Transmission can be coupled with direct drive transmission, or the use of high-speed motor, V-belt, gearbox and other devices speed.
