Main purpose

Product features
① The single blade or double blade impeller structure is adopted, which greatly improves the passing capacity of dirt, and can effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
② The mechanical seal is made of new hard and corrosion resistant tungsten carbide material. At the same time, the seal is improved into a double end face seal, so that it can operate in the oil chamber for a long time, and the pump can operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.
③ The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, remarkable in energy saving effect, convenient in maintenance, no need to build a pump room, and can work in the water, greatly reducing the project cost.
④ The pump seal oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor, and the stator winding is embedded with a thermal element to protect the pump motor.
⑤ Full automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped according to the user's needs to protect the pump from water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overheating, which improves the safety and reliability of the product.
⑥ The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid, and it is very convenient to use without special care.
⑦ The double guide rail automatic coupling installation system can be equipped according to the user's needs, which brings great convenience to installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sump for this purpose.
⑧ It can be used within the full lift range, and the motor will not be overloaded.
⑨ There are two different installation methods, fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
