Product features

1. Pump body: made of molded plastic alloy with one embedded steel flange ring at the left and right connecting parts.
2. A stainless steel plate (1Crl8Ni9Ti) is embedded on the right side of the rear cover and made of molded plastic alloy.
3. Impeller: the shaft connection method is adopted. The metal shaft is made of high-quality steel after finishing and is molded with plastic alloy, so that the impeller and the metal shaft are firmly integrated, and the shaft root and the rear of the impeller are guaranteed to bear the torque force when rotating. In this way, the wetted part of the medium is plastic alloy.
4. Mechanical seal: WB2 type and ST type adjustable end face sealing technology without cooling water is adopted, and it is made of silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramics, filled with tetrafluoro, graphite and other materials.
