Principle and process flow of adsorption and purification of activated carbon adsorption device
1, adsorption:
The organic waste gas passes through a filter to remove solid particulate matter and enters the adsorption tank from top to bottom. The organic matter is captured, adsorbed and concentrated by the activated carbon. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from the lower part of the tank through the main fan.
2, desorption
When the activated carbon adsorption of organic matter to reach saturation state, stop inhaling organic waste gas. Through the activated carbon bed upward into the steam to blow off, the organic matter from the activated carbon, that is, desorption. The activated carbon in the tank recovers its activity, that is, regeneration.
3, hot air drying and cooling:
After being desorbed by steam, about 80 ~ 90% of the steam condensate is left in the activated carbon layer to fill the inner hole of the activated carbon, thus reducing the activity of the carbon layer. Therefore, hot air is introduced to dry the carbon layer. Then close the steam valve, and then pass into the room temperature air, cooling to about 25℃, activated carbon back to the original, for recycling use.
4, organic solvent recovery:
Taking advantage of the high dew point temperature of organic solvent, the mixture of steam and organic solvent is introduced into the condenser to condensate, and the condensate enters the separator through the trap. The solvent is lighter than water and is separated and recovered.
5. Condensing water purification:
In order to ensure the cleanliness of condensed water and avoid the discharge of condensed water of organic solvents into the water, the water separated in the separator is fed with compressed air to fully release the organic solution in the water. The organic air expelled by the compressed air is returned to the exhaust gas system for re-adsorption. The condensed water after purification is discharged into the sewer.
6. Continuous adsorption measures:
In the continuous production of the factory, the adsorption system also needs to work continuously. In the design of the exhaust gas purification system, the double tank series can be selected so as to adsorb and regenerate alternately and continuously.
7. Regeneration cycle:
The regeneration period should be determined according to the concentration of harmful gases in the exhaust after purification. When the concentration of harmful gas is close to the limit, the adsorption should be stopped and the regeneration should be carried out. In the initial working stage of the help system, the concentration of harmful gas at the discharge outlet should be measured in time so as to grasp the reasonable absorption and regeneration period.
