Existing logging and logging techniques, such as XRF element analysis, XRD mineral analysis, cuttage imaging, nuclear magnetic resonance, etc., all have their own advantages, but they also have their own limitations. They are unable to achieve the simultaneous characterization of reservoir elements, minerals, morphology, porosity and other characteristics. Therefore, in terms of work efficiency and technical integration, a kind of intelligent and digital equipment, which can meet the requirements of simple sample preparation, convenient movement, high test accuracy, rapid quantitative analysis of mineralogical characteristics, pore fracture structure characteristics and rock mechanical properties, is needed.
Based on the above status quo, a highly integrated new generation of digital intelligent mineral analysis system jointly developed by the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of Chinese Academy of Sciences is mainly composed of high-resolution scanning electron microscope, highly sensitive electronic signal detector, X-ray detector and multi-function test and analysis software.
